Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lanilot, a dispatcher workspace for trucking carriers. By creating an account, requesting demo access or using the service you agree to them.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. The company owner is responsible for who is invited to the company workspace and for the roles they receive.
Your data
You keep all rights to the data you put into Lanilot. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to store data about your employees, drivers and partners.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access other companies' data, no interference with the service or its security, and no reselling without our written consent.
Demo access
Demo workspaces contain sample data, are for evaluation only and are removed after 7 days.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, prices and limits are shown before you subscribe. Trial periods end automatically unless you choose a plan.
Third-party services
Integrations such as load boards, ELD, factoring and Telegram are provided by third parties under their own terms. Profit estimates, broker checks and recommendations are informational; you remain responsible for business decisions.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Lanilot available and secure but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using Lanilot at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with a new date.
