This policy explains what information Lanilot ("we") collects when you use the Lanilot dispatcher workspace at lanilot.com, app.lanilot.com and company subdomains, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and password (stored only as a salted hash). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and a provider account identifier; we do not receive your Google or Apple password.
• Company information: company name and profile, MC/DOT numbers, contacts, fleet and workflow details you enter during sign-up or in settings.
• Operational data: loads, offers, trips, drivers, trucks, lanes, finances, documents, attachments and broker messages that you and your team add.
• Employee records: personal and identity-document details you choose to store for your staff. Document numbers and similar details are encrypted at rest and visible only to the company owner.
• Demo access requests: the name, work email, company, phone, fleet size and message you send through the demo access form.
• Usage data: sign-in sessions and which days a user was active, used for security and product analytics; technical logs of our servers.

How we use information

• To provide, secure and support the workspace and its features.
• To contact you about your account, demo access or support requests.
• To understand how the product is used and improve it.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with services needed to run Lanilot and only when you use them: hosting providers, Google and Apple for sign-in, Telegram for notifications you turn on, and load boards, ELD and factoring providers you connect. We may disclose information when required by law.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in flows. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep company data while the account is active. Demo workspaces expire after 7 days. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time; we delete them within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

You can view and update your information in the workspace, export your data, and ask us for a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and sensitive employee data is encrypted at rest. Access inside a company is limited by roles.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the workspace.
